Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Library is a group of community members who support quality library service in the community through fund raising, volunteerism and serving as advocates for the library.
Mt. Angel Public Library is fortunate to have a fantastic and active Friends of the Library group! The Friends raise funds to support new purchases and programming at the Library and they volunteer for activities that enhance the Library’s daily operations. The Friends conduct an ongoing book sale inside the library, with gently-used books for sale for great prices! The Friends also host an annual Jumble Sale in August. All the proceeds from the Friends of the Library book sale and other fund raisers go to support collection development and programs at your library!
The Friends of the Library hosts an annual meeting each April.
