I live outside the city limits of Mt. Angel

There are three different types of library cards available for those who live outside the city limits of Mt. Angel:

Basic Card—If you live outside the city limits of Mt. Angel or in another city in Yamhill, Polk, or Marion counties that have libraries (yellow on the map), you may apply for a free basic card. Basic cards allow you to check out ten items and to place ten items on hold. They also provide free access to all online and digital library services, like using the library computers or checking out library e-books.

Fee Card—Your household may pay a fee for a card that allows access to the full range of services. For $60 per household per year, all members of the household who reside at that address will get full access cards. Fee cards expire one year from the date the fee was paid.

C.A.R.E. Card—Create A Reader Everyday with a CARE card. Free to children ages 19 and younger, this card allows checkout of up to 25 items from the Children’s and Young Adult collections only. Children ages 16 and younger need the signature and ID of a parent or guardian to apply for a card.
